Perspectives and support on my Instant reactions to my parents/family, like when even hearing my dad’s/mom’s voice I already react in anger and disgust and respond harshly - kind of like trying to assert myself towards them to not be manipulated/influenced by/through them.
What is the origin of this intense anger - how and why did it form - and how to walk the process most effectively to transcend these anger points, because they also have a physical impact on my lungs I ‘think’ because my breathing is always constricted and shallow and I feel like I can’t breathe properly/fully?
Support on how to become more independent and assertive towards my family and not be influenced so easily with my parents bringing up their paranoia and fears to a topic/point that I decide for (like my decision to go to South Africa) and they react in fear and paranoia and try to persuade me to not go bringing up different kinds of manipulation like fears, anger etc.
