Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase "Place Order" with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of money charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Shipping
Products on the EQAFE are all delivered electronically as a download or streamable file after the ordered products are paid in full.

Refunds/returns Policy
We do not provide any refunds. In a case where you should experience problems downloading or playing the ordered products we'll assist you through email communication. However we can not prevent or guarantee the necessary functionality of your internet connection which is a basic requirement to download products from our shop.
Payment Options and Pricing
EQAFE reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
Should EQAFE reduce items price on any shipped products within 10 working days of shipment, you may contact us and request a refund of the difference between the price you were charged and the reduced selling price. To receive the refund you must contact us within 14 days of shipment.
By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you hereby confirm that you will not use another person’s account or credit card to pay for any purchases on EQAFE without their written consent. Space of Grace Inc. does not in any way condone the illegal use / theft of credit card or Paypal accounts.
