Interview Request - Body Fat Around the Waist (Part 1)
This recording addresses the following request:
Stubborn body fat I have around my waist and hips area I never had in high school that I just can’t seem to get rid of. I don’t understand this. Q. Is this just me being at worry wart, being at war with myself and not fully accepting my supportive body that needs this extra fat stored around my waist and hips or showing me I have more writing to do or is there something I am missing to explain this fat?
I have tried to eat healthy, only eat when I am hungry, exercise and lift weights. -Seems in our youth, our bodies are generally soft yet lean, a bit of an hour glass shape and fit yet not muscular and not much potential for additional muscle. Then in our adulthood we generally fill out and tend to put on undesirable body fat and become broader. We need to exercise and lift weights to maintain some of our youthful health and to build extra muscle to properly support our joints and to get us through our physically demanding day adequately. We get back pains and other health problems and ailments. Our additional adult size and weight reduces our youthful agility. It has been mentioned in interviews: -that as long as we are in participation in our minds, we are in a balancing system so because currently so many are starving in poverty, others must be overweight. -Our bodies are programmed to store our mainly-emotional thoughts/events in our bodies unconscious, into expanding our bones and much body fat, that we should write out when these surface into our consciousnesses from time to time. -when we are starving we think less. -women who intentionally starve themselves will have health problems later on. -some people were designed to be much larger to store more energy for the system. In our news I have seen over the decades, our scientists say that it has been known for some time that people on restricted diets live longer. I see it often said for many decades now that breakfast is the most important meal of our day. Then entirely opposite, I see some very convincing healthy lean youthful muscular impressive body builders on YouTube telling us they do not eat breakfast or much of lunch as part of their secret for their transforming their unhealthy fat bodies. Normally when I miss a meal, I feel like my body is crashing, that I am loosing muscle and that my immune system is crashing, and I have experienced then getting sick with a cold or such. I remember when I was going through a depression from a relationship breakup I was not eating much, and I lost weight and felt like a much more lean youthful fit healthy self. Many including some religions, promote some fasting as a great health aid and to reset/reboot for our bodies.
